Yes. Every cottage and apartment at The Retreat at Bunn Hill comes fully furnished with all the common area and bedroom furniture residents need to settle in right away.

Common areas include a 50-inch smart TV, coffee table, TV stand, couch, accent chair, side table, and barstools. Most layouts also include a dining table with four chairs, although that is not included in Dogwood A, Oakview, or Holman.

Each bedroom includes a queen-sized memory foam mattress, bed frame, dresser, nightstand with drawer, desk with hutch, and rolling desk chair.

Yes. Each resident has a private bedroom and private bathroom. Bedrooms are also individually keyed, which adds another layer of privacy within each unit.

Each apartment includes decorator cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a deep-basin sink with garbage disposal, LVP flooring throughout, ceiling fans, and a smart TV in the living room.

Restricted breeds include Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff breeds, Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, Akita, Siberian Husky, Dogo Argentino, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, and any mixes or combinations of those breeds.

No. Exotic animals, such as parrots, toucans, reptiles, rodents, fish, and insects, are not allowed in our SUNY Binghamton student apartments.

Yes. All pets and animals must be disclosed and approved before move-in. Applicants also need to complete a pet profile through PetScreening as part of that process, so that everything is in place before arrival.

Yes. The pet policy includes a one-time pet charge of $300 and a monthly pet fee of $35.
